HYROX

Hyrox is the functional fitness race designed to include all levels of fitness. YOUR RACE, YOUR PACE. As an official partner gym we are delighted to host Hyrox classes and events as well as train our members to race in Official Hyrox races around the world.

A Hyrox race 1km runs followed by a functional workout x 8. A hyrox race will challenge your strength, power and endurance pushing you both mentally and physically.

BOOTCAMP

BOOTCAMP  is designed to work the entire body in short, intense blasts with recovery intervals. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. This class combines resistance training with plyometric moves to improve your strength and power.

Whether you’re looking to build muscle, sculpt and tone, or improve your endurance bootcamp is the perfect class for all fitness levels.


ZUMBA®

A total body dance fitness workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, conditioning, balance and flexibility, and a serious dose of positive energy each time you leave class.

Coach Lou will take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin rhythms, floor fillers and classics take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
